There are a lot of really good tools on that list. One is out of date, though. Nvu got the axe late last year. Fortunately, there are other free HTML editors, including this one from the folks behind Mozilla: http://www.seamonkey-project.org
The library offers a popular HTML class if you'd like to learn more!
